The movie that inspired me is "Personal Taste"

Tells the story of a love life that began with the betrayal experienced by a woman (Park Gae-in) that left a friend and her boyfriend and then they plan a very disappointed with her best friend.Gae-in companions, until the emotional wounds that hurt was relieved by the arrival of the figure of a man (Joe Jin Ho).

Why do u work ?

Why should I work, because by working all the necessities of life can be fulfilled at least, if people are lazy and just wait for a helping hand others without work, so that he can match what he did.

With the work, all the thinking, communication, friendship, experience, relationship building will support the smooth running of a man's thinking ahead to keep abreast of the times.

The big different from the three generation (Baby boomer,X-Gen,Y-Gen)

Relations among the generations seem to be at a low point. Gen Y (defined as people born after 1982) thinks Gen X (spawned between 1961 and 1981) is a bunch of whiners. Gen X sees Gen Y as arrogant and entitled. And everyone thinks the Baby Boomers (1943 to 1960) are self-absorbed workaholics.

Gravett (authors of Bridging the Generation Gap) says their research showed that 68 percent of Baby Boomers feel “younger people” do not have as strong a work ethic as they do and that makes doing their own work harder. Thirty-two percent of Gen X-ers believe the “younger generation” lacks a good work ethic and that this is a problem. And 13 percent of Gen Y-ers say the difference in work ethics across the generations causes friction. They believe they have a good work ethic for which they’re not given credit.

The difference of the third generation, namely: Baby Boomer, Generation X-, Y-Generation
a. Baby Boomer (1940-1959)
In this generation means that to get money, then people must work, because money does not come by itself

b. X-Generation (1960-1979)
In that time, X-Gen is said that money is not everything. Life without money, is not an issue for this generation, for whom money is not everything, they almost never question the money

c. Y-Generation (1980-2000)
Generation Y-focused principle that "Give me money or I'll leave". Generation Y-focused principle that "Give me money or I'll leave". Do you agree that the Y-Gen will be in peak work force? the reason ?

I agree, that the population for the army,Y- Gen can be said to be higher than the Baby Boomer generation as well as X-Gen, along with the development of technology, resulting in a Y-Gen is a peak of work.Work force can be seen by many as an example of business competition, companies elektonika , is currently offering as many features of the competing advantages of their products that can compete with other products, then indirectly, in the process of goods and absorb elektonika require field work.

Many things are the reason why the Y-Gen or a peak dominates the labor force such as the demands of the economy, poverty is widespread, making the human race each other to find any kind of work that can be profitable and can meet their needs.

English is the international language that is often used by people who want to communicate across borders, but sometimes people rarely use English to communicate. English according to them is something that is hard and scary to be studied, whereas English has several advantages.
Why English is a frightening specter, what obstacle in learning English, I will discuss in my article this time. Communication and language issues in the academic world often becomes a source of problems. Why become a problem? I use a simple logic. When studying the language of instruction and books in Indonesia alone, although I really listen to each lecture, take notes and summaries, and understand the books read. Indonesian with the energy and it takes a strong understanding and often have to read the books and records over and over, now when I have to wrestle with tuition and books in English, of course it takes energy and effort is doubled.
A more concrete example, when creating paper based journals speak Indonesian and Indonesian-language book, it takes several days to complete. Now, the situation is different, the books and journals that are read in English. As a result, the constraints appear in the dynamics of college student life. The constraints that often arises is:
1. The absence of a strong intention to learn English
2. Learning English is considered boring, because the Indonesian people are quite satisfied with their language without the need to learn English
3. English language only as a supplement are included in school curricula, so that concern the younger generation of English language lessons are still minimal, unless they go to a school of international standards
4. English lessons about student interests and get the younger generation, because it is not interested in the knowledge that supports learning English
5. The tool aids English language is still very minimal, not like people who are studying abroad over the lab, while the average of Indonesia almost learned to follow the book or text book

I hope in every English curriculum, in order to encourage public interest to participate actively and make English as the medium that makes it easy to communicate, it would require some support:

1. Entered into an international-based curriculum, thus encouraging an active interest in the younger generation to learn English
2. Had it takes some of the supporting tools to encourage young people to participate actively speak English, such as voice recorders, and other facilities that make it easier for the younger generation can learn English and liked it
3.Way of teaching should be replaced with the variations that are not boring
4. Familiarize yourself with the English Day, because it will make us get used to using English in everyday life

My first experience dealing with English
To use English in daily life for our society is still very less popular, though, by using the English language, we can know the world outside, especially in terms of business over.Simplicity mastering English as a first step that will raise awareness the importance of using English in everyday life.
First learn the English language, as I sat in the second grade of primary school, originally introduced the names of fruits, animals, nature, objects around, starting from a word, then developed in a sentence, seemed fun because the material presented has with drawings and color as it is now accepted by most playgroup.When i was child, learning English is fun, with the inclusion of the new curriculum, with a new language, made me and my friends love it, especially accompanied by a good teacher.
English is preferred by kids my age that time, the teachers are fun, making the atmosphere in the classroom is comfortable, and does not make us feel difficulty. I remember once when we were all learning english english teacher called us by name miss (Ms Sophie), which we know it is a miss and mister female teachers are male teachers.Ms Sophie, that time was married and had children, they should call us as Mrs. rather than Ms., I remember it before the new junior high school I only learned the difference between Mrs. Ms. intended to refer to women who are married to single women.
It was once I asked her back to Miss Sophie, why when we were sitting in elementary school, we called her miss (even though she was already married and have children). She answer is very easy to digest, just to make us call between Mrs. and Ms., as for standard primary school children is easier said Miss, one that she said, she'll still look young for teaching small children, making her look younger. Ha ha ha very funny.
Thanks to her, I asked a critical difference to mention Mrs. and Ms., although it seems trivial, originated from a word, makes me ask, my little boy my age it's very critical time, just as children are now in general, it starts from the experience that I love English, although sometimes I have to say words that are less fit or less pleasant to hear, even today when replying to email from a client who demands that I use English to make me understand that learning English is very useful in the world of work, especially in the business world, because by using the international standard language, business activities can run smoothly without any error in communication.
I say learning English will never stop in place, because a lot of meaning when we speak in different kinds of things, so in my view the English text, answer the email client, communicating with strangers and so a new learning every day, a new science every day but also adds knowledge.So learning English will always be fun
