Do you agree that the Y-Gen will be in peak work force? the reason ?

I agree, that the population for the army,Y- Gen can be said to be higher than the Baby Boomer generation as well as X-Gen, along with the development of technology, resulting in a Y-Gen is a peak of work.Work force can be seen by many as an example of business competition, companies elektonika , is currently offering as many features of the competing advantages of their products that can compete with other products, then indirectly, in the process of goods and absorb elektonika require field work.

Many things are the reason why the Y-Gen or a peak dominates the labor force such as the demands of the economy, poverty is widespread, making the human race each other to find any kind of work that can be profitable and can meet their needs.

Increasing complexity of economic life today, then anything related to finance, if companies can not afford those employees hired in accordance with existing standards, then the labor is concerned the right to seek employment in accordance with the value they expect.
